We have certainly had our fair share of beautiful weather in the last few days. The temps at night are dipping down into the low 50’s to the high 40’s, and daytime temps are ranging from the low 70’s to the mid 80’s. It is still pretty dry though, so we could really use some rain.
All the pictures are just some that came with my computer, but thought they were all worth sharing.
I read a blog by Kenny and Angela. A couple of weeks ago he mentioned that he makes jewelry and pictured some of his items. I fell in love with a pair of his earrings right away, and had to have them. (earrings are my one splurge in life) Anyway, I ordered a pair from him. I got them today, and they are beautiful. I love them, so if you get a chance, check his jewelry out. It is fabulous… And, thanks for the extra gift. It is much appreciated…..
Want to welcome my 3 new followers. Carol K., Heidi, and Kevin and Ruth. I am so blessed to have so many great followers and readers. Thank you all for riding along with us on our wonderful journey.
Got up early this morning and went to yard sales with my cousin, Bessie. I love to go, but don’t usually buy a whole lot. It is a good place to pick up used books, and I refuse to pay full price for them. I did pick up a pair of jeans that are just like new, and I know if they don’t fit me, my daughter can probably wear them, so nothing wasted. We had a great time, and I spent a grand total of $4.50. You can’t beat that price.
I took my brother back to the hospital yesterday to get his medicine changed for his stiff neck and back pain. They put him on some really strong medicine, so hope it does the trick. His blood count is still above 8, but will probably need a transfusion on Monday.
I got the dreaded job of defrosting the fridge done yesterday. It doesn’t take very long to do, but I always have to shame myself into doing it, and boy, am I glad when it is done for another month or so.
We met our neighbors yesterday. They have the prettiest great big ole Great Dane dog. They are from Nevada and just really friendly folk. Donnie sat and talked to the gentleman for a couple of hours and had a cold one with him. They are pulling out on Monday to head for a NASCAR race somewhere. I didn’t catch which one they were going to. Their motor home is one of the $500,000.00 homes. Makes ours look like the poor relatives are in town.
Does anyone out there know how to leave “Tioga and George” a message. I want him to know I am praying for him and his family, but can’t figure out how to do it. Thanks for your help.
Stay safe… :)

Your lighthouse picture is the one I use as a screensaver on my computer. I love that picture! It makes me smile every time I see it.
I think George has a "shout box" that you could use. I have his email address but probably shouldn't put it on here.
Pidge,
Today's post is a reminder to me that I should really defrost my freezer too. :( I don't know why I hate doing it so much. I think I'll just forget that I read your blog tonight. :)
I love the field of lavender, it looks so pretty!
Kevin said to leave a message for Tioga George, you have to sign up for Shout Box and then George has to approve you. You could also send him an email, if you go to "Behind the Scenes" and then to TiogaRV email list.
Hope that helps you out.

I don't believe Tioga George has comments on his blog. I think he has a Shout Box which you have to register for by clicking just above it. Once you register, you can leave comments in the shout box.
