Too bad the bad apple had to occupy some of your special time together. Here's hoping good will prevail!meowmommahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01209824648988317879noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6712006273995114307.post-35340925912668206912011-03-13T01:51:41.386-05:002011-03-13T01:51:41.386-05:00I just can't understand how she could have any...I just can't understand how she could have any claim on it since it's in the kid's names...I'd check with a lawyer on that one real quick and also talk with a supervisor at the insurance company. They have to pay to who is listed on the policy...otherwise, why have one if they're just going to do whatever they want. His wishes should be honored. And that "wife" should be ashamed of herself. God has something special in store for her. Keep ur prayers going...God is not asleep. Safe travels and looking forward to seeing y'all tomorrow.BamaGurlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00249698591826909665noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6712006273995114307.post-84216742453941475632011-03-12T09:30:45.498-05:002011-03-12T09:30:45.498-05:00The larger of the two policies are in the kids nam...The larger of the two policies are in the kids name, but the insurance company has told them that the wife has a right to it also. I am not a lawyer, but this doesn't sound right to me. She didn't even know his address at the time of his passing. Never in the one and half years that I was there, did she even go to the hospital with him or to a Doctors appt. It just hurts me that his last wishes may not be carried out. Lord knows it isnn't that much, but it was all he had for them.pidgehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14392703561667529032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6712006273995114307.post-39978425821147047452011-03-11T23:27:38.022-05:002011-03-11T23:27:38.022-05:00Glad you had a nice visit.
